4. No Guaranteed Results
Under The In works to provide high-quality strategy, creative work, technical execution, marketing support, and digital growth services. However, marketing, SEO, advertising, reputation, conversion, and business results can vary based on many factors outside our control.
We do not guarantee any specific ranking, traffic level, revenue result, sales result, lead volume, conversion rate, ad performance, search engine placement, Google Business Profile outcome, social media growth, platform approval, account reinstatement, or business result.
Factors outside our control may include, but are not limited to:
Search engine algorithm changes
Google Business Profile policies and decisions
Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, or other platform policies
Advertising platform approval or rejection
Market conditions
Competitor activity
Client budget
Website history
Domain authority
Client responsiveness
Tracking or analytics limitations
Changes to third-party platforms
Consumer behavior
Technical issues with hosting, website builders, plugins, or third-party tools
Client-provided content, claims, offers, pricing, or representations
Any examples, case studies, performance metrics, estimates, projections, or past results are provided for informational purposes only and do not guarantee future results.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, timely, and lawful information, materials, approvals, access credentials, business details, images, copy, brand assets, product details, service descriptions, account access, and other materials needed to perform the requested services.
Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving work, including but not limited to website content, advertising copy, service descriptions, claims, offers, pricing, promotions, testimonials, business information, legal statements, and published materials.
Clients represent and warrant that any materials, images, videos, logos, trademarks, copy, claims, data, account access, or information provided to Under The In are owned by the client or properly licensed, authorized, accurate, and lawful to use.
Under The In is not responsible for delays, errors, omissions, rejected ads, inaccurate listings, missed deadlines, compliance issues, or performance issues caused by incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, unauthorized, or unlawful materials provided by the client.
6. Advertising, Marketing, and Platform Compliance
Clients are responsible for ensuring that their products, services, claims, pricing, offers, testimonials, guarantees, promotions, and business practices comply with applicable laws, platform policies, advertising rules, industry regulations, and professional requirements.
Under The In may assist with marketing strategy, advertising creative, campaign setup, content, and platform optimization, but clients remain responsible for the truthfulness, legality, accuracy, and substantiation of all claims related to their business, products, services, credentials, pricing, promotions, reviews, testimonials, guarantees, and outcomes.
Advertising platforms and third-party services may approve, reject, restrict, suspend, disable, modify, or remove campaigns, accounts, listings, profiles, ads, content, or access at their discretion. Under The In is not responsible for decisions made by third-party platforms, including Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Yelp, Apple, Shopify, Squarespace, Webflow, Wix, GoDaddy, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or any other third-party service.
7. Google Business Profile, SEO, and Search Visibility
Under The In may provide Google Business Profile optimization, SEO strategy, content recommendations, technical improvements, local SEO support, website optimization, internal linking, structured content, and related services.
Search engines and business listing platforms use proprietary algorithms, policies, manual reviews, automated systems, and third-party data sources. Under The In does not control Google, search engines, map listings, review platforms, rankings, indexing, search visibility, reinstatement decisions, review removals, suspensions, verifications, or policy enforcement.
Under The In does not guarantee that Google or any other platform will index, rank, approve, verify, reinstate, publish, display, or maintain any website, page, listing, profile, review, ad, or content.
8. Fees, Payments, and Billing
Fees, payment schedules, retainers, deposits, project rates, hourly rates, ad budgets, reimbursements, and billing terms will be set forth in the applicable proposal, invoice, written agreement, or written communication.
Unless otherwise stated in writing:
Payments are due according to the invoice or agreement provided.
Deposits and retainers may be required before work begins.
Advertising spend, platform fees, hosting fees, software fees, domain fees, filing fees, stock assets, third-party tools, and other external costs are separate from service fees unless specifically included in writing.
Late payments may result in paused work, delayed delivery, suspension of services, or termination of the engagement.
Completed work, strategy, consulting, setup, creative direction, account management, and time already spent are billable and non-refundable.
9. Refunds and Cancellations
Because Under The In provides professional services, strategy, consulting, creative work, digital labor, account setup, marketing management, and custom deliverables, fees paid for completed work, time spent, consultations, strategy, research, setup, creative development, campaign management, and delivered services are generally non-refundable.
Cancellation terms may vary by project, retainer, or service agreement. Any cancellation, pause, or termination request should be submitted in writing to hello@underthein.com.
If a project or service is cancelled, the client remains responsible for all work performed, time spent, third-party fees incurred, approved expenses, and outstanding invoices through the cancellation date.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, layouts, design elements, logos, images, service descriptions, strategy language, page structure, branding, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Under The In and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Client-provided materials remain the property of the client or their respective owners.
11. Portfolio Rights
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the client grants Under The In the right to reference completed work, business name, public-facing results, project type, website designs, brand materials, marketing campaigns, and publicly available work product in Under The In’s portfolio, case studies, website, proposals, presentations, social media, and marketing materials.
If confidentiality is required, the client must request that in writing before the project begins.
12. Third-Party Services and Links
This website or our services may include links to, integrations with, or recommendations for third-party websites, tools, platforms, plugins, software, applications, hosting providers, payment processors, analytics tools, advertising platforms, CRM systems, website builders, or other third-party services.
